Eastside Woodshop
Eastside Woodshop aims to capture practical design, Texas grit and Austin flair with each piece. Eastside Woodshop's primary carpenter, Ryan Rinaldi, enjoys working with people and wood, some say he does both pretty well. Working in his makeshift woodshop, Rinaldi handcrafts pieces from his portfolio as well as custom pieces made to order.

Hi, I'm Ryan Rinaldi, Lead Craftsman
My love for building has been a part of me for as long as I can remember. From crafting with Legos to constructing tree forts, I’ve always taken pride in creating something with my own two hands. As a child, I often built out of necessity—like the snake enclosure I crafted for my yellow rat snake, Antonio (much to my parents’ dismay). I even earned a little extra cash making speaker boxes for friends. Over time, with practice, guidance from mentors, and more practice, I refined my skills and grew my passion for woodworking.
Woodworking also played a pivotal role in my personal life. When courting my wonderful partner and mother to our children, Jenny, I built her custom furniture pieces as gifts. Luckily, they were good enough to win her heart! We've been together since 2002 and are now raising two little apprentices of our own.
For years, I’ve been crafting items purely for the joy of it, and now I’m excited to share that passion with you. Whether it’s a unique piece for your home or a custom gift, I would be honored to bring your vision to life.
Let’s create something special together—reach out, and let’s talk!
